To book a service for the first time contact us via email or using the contact form on the Contact Us tab for us to help you set up your account. If this is your first time using our services you can also request a meet-and-greet to see if we are a good fit for you and your pet and we can help you setting up TimeToPet. If you already have an activated TimeToPet account, select ‘scheduling’ either on your computer or via the app. Of course you can also contact us if you need help sending a request.

TimeToPet is our top-of-the-line scheduling software that allows you to send booking requests, receive updates and pictures from our visits, make payments and more. Once you are ready to book with us we will guide you through the process to create an account that you can use online via the website or downloading the TimeToPet app on your phone.

Although we would love to meet all of our clients and pets ahead of time and it is what we would prefer, we understand that sometimes a last minute situation might arise therefore meet-and-greets are not required but recommended. If you cannot meet with us ahead of time since you have a last minute request, simply contact us as soon as possible to set up a virtual meeting or communication to get all the necessary instructions.

Once you are all set up on TimeToPet you will receive an invoice for every service that is booked. You can make convenient secured payments via TimeToPet using a credit card, ACH, google pay/apple pay, zelle, venmo or you could also pay via cash, but cashless methods are preferred.

Payment is due in full on the first day of services rendered typically by paying by credit card, Venmo, or Zelle. You will receive an email containing your invoice when we have confirmed your visits with details of the cost.

Yes. PETfect care charges a holiday fee of $10.00 per visit in addition to the regular service fee. Visit our Service tab for regular service fees

Yes! If you have an active account with us you will receive a report card after every visit with any update on how you fur baby is doing, and plenty of pictures. You can also get updates via email or text - if that is what you prefer!

Yes! We try our best to avoid your pet having any accidents, but if they were to happen we will clean up any messes to the best of our ability. However, we are not responsible for any carpet/floor stains created by your pet.
